Ayala Land is investing P18 billion to develop its 29th estate in Tarlac with an area of 290 hectares dubbed as the Cresendo.
It is located 3 kilometers from Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and MacArthur Highway, and accessible though the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX).
The first phase of the development has an allocated budget of P5.5 billion which includes church, Don Bosco Technical Institute, 1.5- hectare civic plaza, retail strip, residences (Avida/Alveo/Ayala Land Premier), transport terminal and an industrial park.
This will be part of the estate’s 30-hectare urban core with a modern Filipino design with pocket parks and pedestrian promenades.

Fifty-nine percent (59%) of the estate has been allocated to residential projects to be developed by Avida Land, with 11% earmarked for a 32-hectare Cresendo Industrial Park (CIP).
The lot sizes of CIP will range from 1,200 square meters to 10,000 square meters.
Cresendo will also be home to the Don Bosco Technical Institute, which is to open senior high school in 2022, followed by the opening of the Technical Education and Training Centre.
Ayala Land’s Cresendo estate is expected to have it’s first residential subdivision by 2022 to be developed by Avida Land.
